Sandy Short is a million-dollar producer, which includes many referrals as part of her specialty in real estate. She began her real estate career 10 years ago and has worked with all types of buyers, sellers and investors. She enjoys helping first-time home buyers as well as seasoned investors find the perfect home or property. Sandy is personable and enjoys working with a variety of clients. She is a full-time Realtor and also specializes in helping the sellers get their property listed, taking them through all the steps to closing. She is also a certified RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert).
The real estate business runs in Sandy’s blood. Her father, Robert Short, developed the Telshor Hills subdivision and her last name is part of the Telshor name in Las Cruces. Her mother, Cora Short, was a licensed Realtor, too.
Sandy earned her BA at New Mexico State University in Fine Arts and Graphic Design. Sandy’s art business, Hand-Painted Gourds, has a loyal following of collectors, shops and galleries. Sandy enjoys creating artwork in her spare time and sells to shops and galleries throughout the West and Southwest.
