Lynell Riggs

I love living in Las Cruces! I moved here over 25 years ago from the east coast when my parents retired. I finished high school and then attended New Mexico State University and attained two bachelor’s degrees.

A strong work ethic was instilled in me at a young age having spent several years working in and managing my family’s fundraising business. We assisted schools and nonprofit organizations to achieve fundraising goals through product selection, customer focused marketing plans, and program development. I successfully managed a team of employees, coordinated logistics and provided outstanding customer service.

Later I worked as a Registered Nurse at one of our local hospitals. I cared for families in our community as if they were my own. Nursing taught me to be detailed oriented, organized, and attentive. These are important skills which I now use in my Real Estate career.

Taking great care of people is what I do best. I can professionally manage all aspects of the home buying and selling process through my hard work, integrity, and dedication to helping people.

My husband and I have purchased, rehabbed, built, and sold many homes during our last 16 years of marriage. Being married to and working alongside a contractor gives me valuable experience needed in the real estate industry. In my free time I enjoy traveling, gardening, and cooking for my husband and three children.
