Downtown and Historic District Real Estate
The Alameda Depot District, steps from the downtown mall, is where Las Cruces was “born.” In the middle of this neighborhood is Pioneer Park—a beautiful park with a public use gazebo, a playground for the kids, and picnic tables under decades-old trees. Just to the east is the Las Cruces Train Depot. In its heyday, the depot was the stopping point for visitors and new residents arriving to town on the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railroad.
